Para evitar la concepci\u00f3n, algunos hombres que ya fueron padres o en su momento no quisieron serlo, recurren a m\u00e9todos que se conocen como definitivos y se someten a una operaci\u00f3n que se conoce como vasectom\u00eda, un proceso quir\u00fargico donde se bloquean o cortan los conductos seminales, evitando que el esperma salga durante la eyaculaci\u00f3n y, por tanto, se logre el embarazo.<\/p>\n

Tratamiento para devolver la fertilidad en caso de vasectom\u00eda<\/h3>\n

Si este es el caso de tu pareja y ambos desean lograr el embarazo, cuentan con las siguientes opciones para lograrlo:<\/p>\n

Reparaci\u00f3n de conductos deferentes –<\/strong> Cuando los vasos que transportan el esperma est\u00e1n bloqueados o no est\u00e1n presentes, se pueden crear nuevamente las estructuras o ser reparadas para aumentar la fertilidad; sin embargo, no es efectivo en todos los casos.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Inyecci\u00f3n intracitoplasm\u00e1tica de espermatozoides (ICSI)<\/strong> – Un procedimiento en el que se inyecta un solo espermatozoide directamente a un \u00f3vulo que est\u00e1 listo para la fertilizaci\u00f3n. Este procedimiento puede utilizarse cuando los espermatozoides no tienen la movilidad necesaria para fecundar a un \u00f3vulo. Somos la \u00fanica cl\u00ednica de fertilidad<\/a> en M\u00e9xico y de las pocas en el mundo en ofrecerlo.<\/p>\n

Biopsia testicular-<\/strong> Si los espermatozoides se producen, pueden ser recuperados directamente a trav\u00e9s de los test\u00edculos a trav\u00e9s de una jeringa. El esperma recolectado puede entonces ser usado en otros tratamientos de Reproducci\u00f3n Asistida como la FIV.<\/p>\n

Fertilizaci\u00f3n In Vitro para casos de vasectom\u00eda<\/h3>\n
