Haz tu calendario de fertilidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El cuerpo de cada mujer es distinto, lo que conlleva que ning\u00fan ciclo menstrual sea igual al de otra persona, por ello es recomendable que hagas tu propio <strong>calendario de fertilidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En cada ciclo menstrual existen d\u00edas de mayor o menor fertilidad. Los d\u00edas en los que las probabilidades de quedar embarazada son mayores se conocen como <strong>la <em>ventana de fertilidad<\/em>,<\/strong> la cual abarca desde los 6 d\u00edas previos y hasta un d\u00eda despu\u00e9s de la ovulaci\u00f3n, proceso que comienza, m\u00e1s o menos 5 o 6 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s del t\u00e9rmino de la <strong>menstruaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la <em>ventana f\u00e9rtil<\/em> se presentan algunas se\u00f1ales por la influencia de las hormonas ov\u00e1ricas, estr\u00f3genos y progesterona, tales como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Moco Cervical abundante<\/li>\n<li>Temperatura basal corporal elevada 0.2 \u00baC<\/li>\n<li>Posici\u00f3n del C\u00e9rvix elevado y dif\u00edcil de tocar, con consistencia blanda y con el orificio cervical abierto<\/li>\n<li>Detecci\u00f3n de por lo menos 6 ciclos regulares (con una duraci\u00f3n de entre 26 y 30 d\u00edas)<\/li>\n<li>Detecci\u00f3n de Hormona Luteinizante (LH) en orina<\/li>\n<li>S\u00edntomas menores que se repiten cada mes (sangrado intermenstrual, dolor p\u00e9lvico ligero, hinchaz\u00f3n de mamas, cambios de humor, aumento de la l\u00edbido, distensi\u00f3n g\u00e1strica, aumento del apetito y acn\u00e9)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Tambi\u00e9n te puede interesar: <a href=\"https:\/\/getreall.clicksend.com.mx\/hopeivf\/7-signos-sintomas-infertilidad-femenina\/\"><strong>7 signos y s\u00edntomas de infertilidad femenina<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tener esta informaci\u00f3n es muy valiosa si lo que quieres es conseguir un embarazo. Ordena tus <strong>se\u00f1ales de fertilidad<\/strong> en un calendario para saber cu\u00e1ndo tendr\u00e1s m\u00e1s probabilidad de lograrlo. Aqu\u00ed te diremos <strong>c\u00f3mo hacer tu propio calendario de fertilidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a1Manos a la obra: arma tu calendario de fertilidad!<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>1. Determina cu\u00e1nto duran tus ciclos menstruales<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Marca el <strong>primer d\u00eda de tu periodo menstrual<\/strong> (\u00e9ste ser\u00e1 el d\u00eda 1). Despu\u00e9s, cuando ocurra, marca tambi\u00e9n el d\u00eda de inicio de tu siguiente menstruaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuenta el total de d\u00edas entre ciclos<\/strong> (o sea, el n\u00famero de d\u00edas entre cada inicio del periodo menstrual). Identifica y marca tus d\u00edas f\u00e9rtiles<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Para identificar <strong>cu\u00e1les son tus d\u00edas f\u00e9rtiles regulares<\/strong>, de acuerdo a tus ciclos menstruales, sigue estos pasos:<\/p>\n<p><strong>a) <\/strong>Busca cu\u00e1l es el ciclo m\u00e1s corto en tus registros. En nuestro ejemplo ser\u00eda el ciclo 4, que dur\u00f3 27 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>b)<\/strong>&nbsp;R\u00e9stale 18 al n\u00famero total de d\u00edas de ese ciclo. En este caso, nuestro ciclo 4 dur\u00f3 27 d\u00edas, por lo que a 27 le restamos 18 y obtenemos el n\u00famero 9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>c)<\/strong> Debes contar ese n\u00famero que result\u00f3 de la resta desde el d\u00eda 1 de tu ciclo menstrual actual y marcar con una x esa fecha (incluye el d\u00eda 1 al contar). En nuestro caso, si nuestro actual ciclo menstrual comenz\u00f3 el 20 de junio, debemos sumarle 9 y el resultado ser\u00e1 el 28 de junio, la cual ser\u00e1 la fecha m\u00e1s f\u00e9rtil y oportuna para tener relaciones sexuales y tratar de concebir<strong>. \u00a1Marca ese d\u00eda en el calendario con una x!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>d)<\/strong> Para poder pronosticar cu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 tu \u00faltimo d\u00eda f\u00e9rtil del ciclo actual debes hacer lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<p><strong>I.<\/strong> Buscar el ciclo m\u00e1s largo de tu registro. En nuestro ejemplo, tenemos dos ciclos largos; el 3 y el 5, con 30 d\u00edas de duraci\u00f3n cada uno. Tomemos como ejemplo el 5.<\/p>\n<p><strong>II.<\/strong> Resta 11 al n\u00famero de d\u00edas que dur\u00f3 ese ciclo. Aqu\u00ed lo que hacemos es restar 11 a 30 y obtenemos 19.<\/p>\n<p><strong>III.<\/strong> Cuenta esta cantidad de d\u00edas a partir del d\u00eda 1 de tu per\u00edodo menstrual actual (incluye el d\u00eda 1 en tu cuenta). En este caso, si nuestro ciclo actual comenz\u00f3 el 20 de junio, nuestra cuenta se detendr\u00e1 en el d\u00eda 8 de julio, fecha que tendr\u00edamos que marcar como l\u00edmite para intentar concebir en el ciclo actual.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante recordar que <strong>el m\u00e9todo del calendario no se puede usar si tus ciclos duran menos de 26 d\u00edas<\/strong> y que, como herramienta para la fertilidad, es m\u00e1s eficaz cuando se combina con otros m\u00e9todos de observaci\u00f3n de fertilidad, como el de la temperatura basal y\/o el del moco cervical.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>sistema del calendario<\/strong> no es 100% exacto, pero es una herramienta que te puede ayudar a predecir las fechas aproximadas en las que podr\u00e1s concebir. \u00a1An\u00edmate a armar el tuyo!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El cuerpo de cada mujer es distinto, lo que conlleva que ning\u00fan ciclo menstrual sea igual al de otra persona, por ello es recomendable que hagas tu propio calendario de fertilidad.
