A continuaci\u00f3n lo descubriremos.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfEl estr\u00e9s causa infertilidad?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<p>Se han realizado diversos estudios por profesionales en salud reproductiva, y las opiniones a\u00fan est\u00e1n divididas. Y, aunque no existe evidencia cient\u00edfica que demuestre que el estr\u00e9s emocional tenga influencia sobre la fertilidad, esta es la explicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s aceptada.<\/p>\n<h3>La respuesta de nuestro cuerpo ante el estr\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p>Cuando estamos ante una situaci\u00f3n que se ve o se siente como una amenaza, nuestro cuerpo, con el objetivo de prepararnos para \u201cpelear o huir\u201d, segrega una gran cantidad de dos hormonas: <b>adrenalina y cortisol<\/b>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Es el cortisol, que se secreta cuando el estr\u00e9s se vuelve cr\u00f3nico, quien produce alteraciones hormonales y fallas en la reproducci\u00f3n, pues mantiene m\u00e1s activos \u00fanicamente \u00f3rganos vitales para la supervivencia, como los m\u00fasculos y el cerebro.<\/p>\n<h3>Alteraciones hormonales en la mujer por estr\u00e9s cr\u00f3nico<\/h3>\n<p>En condiciones normales, las hormonas <b>FSH<\/b> y <b>LH<\/b> se encargan del crecimiento y liberaci\u00f3n de \u00f3vulos, mientras los <b>estr\u00f3genos<\/b> y la <b>progesterona<\/b> regulan el ciclo menstrual y preparan el endometrio para la implantaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pero, con niveles elevados de cortisol, estas hormonas se segregan de manera irregular por inhibici\u00f3n de la GnRH en el cerebro, por lo que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No se presenta la ovulaci\u00f3n ni la menstruaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se reduce la libido y la frecuencia de las relaciones sexuales<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No se consigue una correcta implantaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Alteraciones hormonales en hombres por estr\u00e9s cr\u00f3nico<\/h3>\n<p>En el hombre, las hormonas FSH y LH est\u00e1n encargadas de la producci\u00f3n de testosterona y la maduraci\u00f3n de espermatozoides.<\/p>\n<p>El cortisol, al igual que en la mujer, altera la secreci\u00f3n normal de \u00e9stas hormonas, lo que resulta en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La concentraci\u00f3n, movilidad y forma de los espermatozoides se ve alterada<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El volumen del eyaculado es menor<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se reduce la libido y se presentan problemas de disfunci\u00f3n er\u00e9ctil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Entonces, \u00bfreducir el estr\u00e9s me puede ayudar a conseguir el embarazo?<\/h2>\n<p>La verdad es que controlar el estr\u00e9s, por s\u00ed solo, no incrementar\u00e1 tu fertilidad.
